How did you put your Z on a 250 lb diet?
Motorcycle battery, remove trimmings from engine bay, interiors, crash bars, washer reservoir/motors, no exhaust, dump out of the downpipe, driveshaft, airbags, horn, charcoal canisters, replace existing steel braces with lighter aluminum alternatives, steel brackets holding wires removed and in lieu using zip ties. Whatever my tuner tells me to remove It's gone... Might be more but I forgot.

Make sure you don't take out the driver seat to lose more weight. You won't have anything to sit on while you're driving. LOL!

You keep taking out more objects in your car, there won't be much holding the car together. LOL!

Don't be like this dude man: LOL!

Anyone know if you can put 19x10.5 back wheels with the 315/30R19 tires? I lowered my Z to a 1.2"

If you can fit 315/30R19 to 19x10.5 wheels, would the tires stick out a little because of the width? The tire wall would not look flat to the wheels.
Not a problem for the wheel size in general - i would check the recommended wheel width for the tires that you are looking to buy. For example Michelin pilot sport cup2 wheel width requirement is 10.5 - 11.5, so 11” is ideal but 10.5 will work. No idea if the tire will fit your lowered car…
