Here is the attached picture of the dynograph from the bone stock tune only Z. The dynograph was sent to me by AMS Performance but I don't know how to read the dynograph.

If my understanding is correct, the bone stock Z gained 38 horsepower by using the ECUTEK. So now the Z with stock 400 horsepower + 38 horsepower = 438 horsepower

The total of 438 horsepower seems more realistic from AMS Performance than the other place AAM Competition which they claimed you gain 100 horsepower.

It's a gain of 66hp. The dyno measures the power at the wheels which in this case is 375hp without the tune. The tune added 66hp. The 400hp Nissan quote is power output at the engine. There is some loss of power between the engine and the wheels which is why the baseline reading is lower than what Nissan quote.

Has anyone with a MY24 have issues getting their ROM unlocked? Couple weeks ago, I went to get my Z tuned, only to hit a brick wall. Just like the Supra, Nissan has locked the ability to tune it until someone unlocks it.

Tuner said to check back in a couple week, months? or if ECUTEK has it figured out he'll get back to me.

No rush, as i'm getting the last bits of upgrades shipped and installed. I would just hate to have the car ready to go, but not drivable
is locked ROMs officially a thing (I'm just getting started on mod research, and haven't heard this anywhere else yet)? Which model years? How can you determine if your car is affected?

Soo far I'm tracking if your car is less then a year old from factory.

We had to do a bench tune to get around the lock.

ECUTEK just got updates on the VR30 platform. May take my car back for those updates and retune. (More performance parts incoming)
