My last dealer did bolt ons. However, what is taking place now is simply remapping and slight tune to spool us the turbos in the Red Sport. They do it routinely they say and reported they are getting 600HP reliably.
I wish it was that easy. Realistically it's 450whp with tune and a bunch of supporting bolt-ons. 480 - 500whp with E85 and fuel pump upgrades. Next stage, is injectors, bigger turbos etc, for 600 - 700whp

I must be misunderstanding... 600 bhp with what other mods? You won't get anywhere near that with any tune alone.
The east coast are the biggest offenders of lack of knowledge and MSRP hiking for everywhere I've spoken with. Florida, Virginia, New York, and New Jersey were the worst offenders with New Jersey having the highest MSRP mark up I've heard to date at 30k over MSRP.

AMS Performance has proven light mods and tuning can get you to 500HP, 600HP is a stretch though.

Maybe 500 engine hp, not to the wheels. About 450 to the wheels. makes sense. E85 will get you closer. And it's about $4k in mods.

If your dealership has a history of tuning Z's and backs you then they make sure it goes through. The fine print only matters when someone is trying to not support you.
So after reading a very boring Warranty for the Infinity Q50 Red Sport here's what I've gathered.

“INFINITI’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty, and Limited Warranty on replacement parts do not apply to any parts other than genuine original equipment parts. INFINITI will not be responsible for any subsequent repair costs associated with a vehicle and/or part failure caused by the use of parts other than genuine replacement parts.”

So I would say it's the dealer that you work with that is warrantying your work and parts not Infinity/Nissan. Which is a great don't get me wrong that is awesome they would do that. But I don't see any way Infinity/Nissan would ever approve any work that breaks the golden rule (OEM parts only). I've seen Nissan cut breaks for people out of their warranty by time or some various small things even if it's rare. But I've seen them stone wall on non oem parts for some of the simplest things.

completely off topic from everything that's been discussed but do you like your 2022 Pathfinder. They are a freaking nightmare to get and when I get some money saved up that's what I wanna get for my wife. I love it and it fits what we need. Sense you have had it what do you think of the Pathfinder?

Enjoy Oklahoma. This has been going on for a very long time. Just not in your neck of the woods.

I will be finding out. I won't be going to that extent. I just want to remap and tune and boost the turbos to wake it up. The head of Service reported that it doesn't take much to really add a lot.

I promise I'm not trying to be a dick. It's just a weird situation is all.

That’s for the 300HP Q50/Q60 not the red sport though.
Read the whole description. It mentions the Red Sport in the description. The point is simple: Turbos can be boosted very conservatively and the extra hp wakes everything up. The added weight of the Z will not be a problem with this as an option.

i corrected my previous comment you was right an 80HP gain. Also 100% truth it’s always easy to make cheap power on turbo motors

Here's another description. It is a great time to be having a TT Z:

No doubt. My guess is that your dealer meant it can handle 600 bhp reliably, not that a tune alone will get you there, but I wasn't there for that conversation ?‍♂. Here are AMS's stages and some real dyno results from the Q50 forum. The top 11 might be pushing 600 bhp but that may be a little too generous. Top 6 for sure.
