I still don’t regret selling my manual 24 performance Z. Cant wait for the manual Nismo to come out. If it’s meant to be, I’m buying one. If they’re going to ask 65k or 70k plus, I’ll have to spend my money elsewhere. One can get a much better machine for such price. Cheers fellas 🏎

Unfortunately we do know 2026 Nismo MSRP is ~$68K so it will undoubtedly be as much and many are guessing more.

thanks everyone for keeping this thread alive.. I'm lurking for a green 27' performance and I'm worried that it might be a challenge getting one MSRP.. or dealing with markups..

I know same here.. if my local dealers give me any garbage I'll just take a flight to Arizona.. hate the franchise model.
That’s what I did. I didn’t have to go to Arizona but I kept looking around until I found a good deal and took a short hop on Southwest to DFW. Had a fun trip driving the Z back home.

I'm a bit fortunate here. I'm in the Denver area but I have several customers around Scottsdale. I fly down there regularly. I wouldn't mind flying down there to pick up a Z and driving it back home.

Just curious, what DFW dealer did you use? I ask because I used to live in Denton and used the Nissan dealer there. Top notch service too. Though I think its under different ownership now. Southwest Nissan was another good dealer.

Did you have to pay taxes for both states?

It was the dealer in Hurst, Texas. At the time it was Grubbs Nissan. I got a little fortunate since they were trying clear out a lot of their inventory during an ownership sale and got a good deal. They were also complaining that the area was primarily interested in econo cars, pickups, and SUVs and sports cars, especially two seaters like the Z, were slower movers. Plus, it was at the peak of the 2025 Z supply.
