I have the Fast Intentions catback and love it. I just ordered the LDP from them also (not installed yet). It isnt obnoxious, has a good deep growl and sounds great during spirited driving. I was told the LDP would not void any warranties (US) from my Nissan Master tech at my dealership.
I’m considering their exhaust. Did you go non-resonated? Any drone?

I just wish the Nismo was at least 2.5" rather than 2.25".
Did Borla make theirs NISMO street? It looks slightly different than the Borla S-Type. Doesn’t have the x pipe up front.

The Borla ATAK looks exactly like the NISMO track exhaust.

Both Borla versions are 2.5”.

The Borla catback for the 370Z part #140313, looks identical to the 2023+ Z Nismo Street Exhaust with the exception of the branding on the muffler and tips.

Correct, Borla makes the Nismo. The Nismo version will be the quietest and least drone of the 3. Borla did a similar program on the C8 with the the GM/S-Type/ATAK options.

Ah, didnt see that one. It does look exact, including the 2.25” diameter.

Does the piping of the Borla being 2.5” make it louder? I don’t quite understand the importance of piping diameter unless considering doing higher flowing DPs. I see a lot of people like the AWE which is 3” piping.

I installed a Nismo Street and love it. Great sound WOT and you can get quiet around the neighborhood and cruise control set to 88 mph at 3100 RPM there's no drone. Mine sounds like its getting louder as time go's by. I installed the Nismo in Oct and have put 600 miles since.

I'd think 2.5's might make the sound deeper not necessarily louder. It makes sense that muffler design or lack of one would make the biggest difference in volume. Only my opinion on this

I like the idea of a deeper sound.

I went non-resonated. There is a little drone but its not bad at all, you really only notice it at low rpm on the highway and even then its so minimal.

Per The Google:

“Borla manufactures the official Nismo branded exhaust systems for specific Nissan vehicles, such as the Nissan Z and certain older models.

Borla produces the Nismo systems under contract for Nissan Motorsports, meaning the exhaust system you purchase directly from Nissan Nismo parts channels is made by Borla.“

The aFe/Takeda catback has bolt on resonators, you could swap out glasspacks at will without cutting anything.

You first…?

When I was about 10 my dad put glass packs on his ‘62 Impala SS convertible. 327ci, Holley 650, MT, true dual, huge glasspacks only. It was a beast. If it hadn’t been 20 feet long and 10 tons it would have been fast.

I almost did, but went in a different direction instead. I've always loved the look and sound of the Remark V2 axleback for the 370Z, so I took a chance and bought that.

The spacing between tailpipe exit holes in the rear diffuser are the same for both cars. At the same time, I purchased the Remark Y-pipe and non-resonated mid. However, there was a fitment issue - specifically - the spacing of the Remark midpipe exit flanges is wider by about 1 inch on the new Z, fortunately I know a fabricator.... I should add that the V2 backbox bolts directly up to the OEM midpipe and creates a mild increase in exhaust volume.

I'm waiting on delievery of the CZP/PPE resonated lower downpipes, I'll have the hangers adjusted for better tailpipe fitment when those get installed. I'll post clips when it's completed for anyone who's interested.

Very nice i love the clean lines and bolted flanges instead of the slip joints like others. didn’t think to look at the 370 versions.

I like the rz34 version with non-resonated mid-pipe and straight pipe axle back. Since this is 2.5, should i stick with 3” lowers or 2.5”? Also, I’m concerned with the 3” merge collector - is that large enough for ~475WHP?

Even a single 3" exhaust has no problem supporting ~500whp on boosted applications.
