Yes sir! A bit of a drive and I haven't tried yet, but definitely on the bucket list of to do's. I grew up in Va. Beach ... and have driven rte 17 with 79 Camaro ... fun drives. Back then they had the drive through liquor stores, insane growing up back then. I need to get a dash cam, I gave my daughter the one I used in the video.

I'm on a one man mission to have the highest mileage Z Nismo on the planet and also it's easy when you live in Western North Carolina and your drive home from work looks like this
Cheers man. I like your attitude, we got to enjoy our toys instead of having a garage queen.

Dash cam picking up the ASE ... I haven't turned it off yet, on the to do list this weekend.
That was the second run and I turned on the TC because of the spin on the 007s.
Need to get a cam and see how the SRS+ do when doing a full run with Launch Control.
Fun as hell either way.

Honestly I tried to split my time with the Nismo. I estimated 5,000 miles a year when I first added it to my insurance. First I told myself only on the weekends, then it was every other day. Then I decided to stop rationing happiness and now I just drive it as much as I can  If I ever sell this car I don't plan on being too worried about trying to recoup my money back

I will never sell this car or my truck ... the pain is real after you realize what you gave away! The wife's car ... yeah that POS can go.

The back end of the Z breaks loose easily (as seen on the Youtube reviews). Entering the freeway on ramp, I stepped on the gas trying to change lane to pass a car, the back end broke loose (fish tail).

I wonder if having LSD would have helped. My car is the sports trim running on OEM 19" Bridgestone (aftermarket wheels).

No. My Performance with LSD would do the same thing. I'd look for grippier tires.

Yep, it's the tires. Installing Conti ExtremeContact Sport 02s cured that to a large extent. You have to seriously provoke it to break those loose on the street (at least on the factory tune).

Well, not much Hah. Moved my front bar mount to the stiffest setting, butt dyno does feel tighter when jerking the wheel and on sharp turns and canyon run, a bit more direct, buttoned down. Rear will remain at softest setting for now. Overall the Z is not as floaty, stiffer springs next. Stepwise upgrades.

Next year the Garmin Catalyst will show more data on track, can't wait!
