This is an introduction to my 1st Nissan, and it being a manual Z Sport. I couldn't think of a better place to document my progress and creating this blank canvas into my dreams

Now its been 1 yr today since taken delivery on Feb 12th, 2024. I figured why not start a page on our anniversary day. Now that this is typed out, this is more cheezy than what it sounded in my head 😅

During the past 12 months, I did some track time and cruised to Mt Rainier National Park. Found some cool Z owners along the way, and may have joined a Z Club without knowing I did lol

Thanks for taking the time to come with me on each stage of my progress

My 1st mod I did was upgrading my M/T axleback exhaust to an A/T axleback exhaust. I couldnt be more happier with the way it sounds. Only complaint is the drone when cruising between 1800-2500 rpms. I will be adding a HiFlo cat to the midpipe to help with that.

Here is my sound clip of the difference. And the forum with other members who commented for content

Hi Phil. Fellow Washingtonian here. Congrats on your first anniversary! Do you have any other future mods in mind for your Sport?

Nice to virtually meet you Michael

Plan is to add an intake, heatX, and maybe an ECUTEK stock tune to help smooth out the powerband

Im ordering a Z1 catch can now

From what I have seen, the AT version has a different mid pipe with resonators. If you can source one that may help. I have seen them on EBAY.

Nice to meet you virtually as well, Phil. You'll have to let me know how that ECUTEK stock tune works for you. I plan on getting better tires, Nismo CAI, and Swift Springs this year.

Here's a side x side comparison. I'll have to meet up with someone that has a A/T stock exhaust set up and listen to it in person
