To me, it looks like a "TEST" spoiler / wing. That said, the front fender and side skirts look enlarged.

This is it. Someone on Facebook posted saying it's a GT4 development racecar. You can see it has a roll cage in it and looks pretty barebones. If it was a Nismo I would expect it to have a completely different rear and front bumper. I doubt the Nismo will have a wing either.

I could have sworn I saw this posted on IG with a Gran Turismo 7 tag. So either gt7 looks that damn good to fool people, or this thing is really the one op posted.

Nah that's a real picture and it's definitely the same car. You can see the wing on it and based on the video, even though it's low quality, you can see the front fender is brown. It could be a test car for the Nismo who really knows but it's definitely the same car.

I'm willing to bet it'll cost a fair bit more, much like the GT-R Nismo is quite a jump in price from the regular GT-R.
