Not concerned with cost. i have torque wrenches…. I like the idea of using a torque stick.. my orginal post was asking if anyone has experience?

Why? They're less accurate and designed for lazy lube techs.

To me, the best thing about these is if you have an impact and don't really know how to use it, these can help with over-torquing fasteners. But I'd still pull out the torque wrench and top all of them off.

The worst thing about these is people assume just by using them that fasteners are always perfectly torqued. Sort of like saying anyone can perform a perfect surgery if they use a calibrated scalpel.

I don't think they're a scam, but they're promoted like they completely eliminate torque wrenches, which isn't the case...or shouldn't be.

Watched this video and ordered the suercup torque wrench…. Upgrading the HF pittsburgh clicker that does not always click..
