This looks about the same to me from a customization options point of view. Somewhat disappointing that we're being directed to new hardware and we'll lose our support for previous hardware with no time commitment from the vendor on life of support.

I assume yes that the + and - buttons would move up and down the maps. No clue what the P button would do. I would MUCH rather use an app to change modes on the fly vs. having to get out of the car and pop the hood to do it.

@KrackaC8 might be right. Maybe it is time for a real tune…

My guess is P is program (Eco/Sport/Race), then the + and - are to fine tune within each program (±3).

It's the same, just different UI.

I wish Stillen offered a buy back program towards this new device. The V1's big selling point was lifetime OTA updates. I'm pretty bummed out about it all.

Seems weird to me that they’re installing the new version, have the new app out and available on Apple and Google, but still haven’t officially announced anything yet.

Like @Tranzor Z and @KyleWI have said, the whole thing just seems like bummer for those of us that got TruControls with the idea of future remote support and re-mapping. It’d be nice to see them do something for current owners, even if it’s just getting the new version for a discount.

Kyle said they can't support LDPs. I have the Z1 drop in filters, LDPs and Stillen competition cat back. I'm pretty much done with the car anyway until I blow up these turbos!
