38% tint. Was supposed get PPF done dropped it off and it sat overnight and their installer never showed up and it seemed sketchy. This place is out of town near my parents where I'm staying while it gets done and I didn't want it to be all week wait so I took that as the universe telling me not get it for right now so just picked the car up this morning tint only

Looks good so far

First Autocross runs!

Been autocrossing since 2004 including both my 350zs but switched to GTRs in 2008. Took a few years off so this was my first autocross in a couple years and first in probably 15 years non AWD. So quick takeaways is the Z is super fun. steering is great stock brakes are fine for this type of event. A little body roll but not bad. The S007 tires are really slippery and the back end will kick out without warning. So it can be a bit of a handful in this slick parking lot type surface but it responds well to little corrections. I didnt push it 10/10th as still learning the car. If I were keeping the Z long term I would get some sways and maybe some MPS tires

so steering was actually a highlight you can see my incar video that it responded well to small corrections. 8 out of 10

brakes were great too for this type of event. for track I think you would need DOT4 fluid and atleast front pads. its just the tires were super slippery and break free on throttle. I didnt adjust tire pressures or anything just showed up and run. also left VDC on and it never interfered or cut power

Already got a couple dealers that say they will do MSRP on a NISMO( If/when they get an allocation and If they can get it in black)

am I really going to go through all this again stressing about ordering a Z where its at how its gonna get shipped to me ect only 4 months after I said I hated every day of the buying experience last year and possibly ruining the enjoyment of the bird in hand Z I already have in the garage?

I just got my Z delivered this week and thought of this post when I got it. I thought maybe you wanted to switch from black to gunmetal or something, but were your originals green, too? If so, why do they use green ones? There must be some weird reason for it, right?

my caps from the dealer were just the black plastic ones. green usually designates nitrogen filled like a dealer add on
