How do I square up the car?

I have a 24 performance. I am beyond pissed you can't rotate these tires. It's stupid and makes no sense for a half inch difference.

My tires are showing wear at only 5k miles. I plan on keeping the car long term. My question is, if I got front wheels to match the back, what spacers do I need or what will make the car look proper? I guess I would need to bring the back wheels out a little right? Looking for 2 stock 19.5s for the front to square up the car. Links in the comments will be appreciated.

Your wear'd out tyres aren't balance properly. Get that done and you'll be set.

If you're dead set on doing this, it would be better to get another set of 19x10 rear Performance trim wheels for the front, and put 15 or 20mm spacers on the back wheels.

Shifting a Perf rear to the front will poke 16mm
Opposite effect for rear-to-front, front wheel will tuck 16mm when mounted on the rear.

Guessing the rear will work on the front, as I'm pretty sure people are using 20mm spacers on Perf fronts with no issues. The front will definitely work the rear, but will look wonky.

I like @toki advice of running all 4 with Perf rears.
What I don't know is if running those up front without a rear spacer will also look out-of-balance (fronts pushed 16mm while the rears sit at OEM depth).

What I don't know, and could be important here, is if the front wheel studs will engage enough with a rear mounted on the front, and will the rear studs be too long with a front mounted...?
OEM studs have diff part numbers front and rear, and of course, no dimensions specified. They could be diff lengths, but the protrusion is the same because of differences behind the rotor hat, idk. Which translates to:
"Do Perf front and rear wheels require different stud lengths (protrusion) based on the offset and/or lug pocket depth?"

More questions than answers. Way to go, turning a simple question into a thought experiment. Boy, am I helpful, or what?

The plan is all 4 be rears so long term I can rotate tires and save a few bucks, plus I think it's how it should have been built.

To the person saying I need my tires balanced, no I don't. The car has 5k miles.

Considering using 4 rears, I'd put 20mm spacers on the rear.
Not necessary, but it would even the lip to fender fitment front to rear.
They're known to fit fine, and with 20mm you can with a go bolt-on spacer and not worry about the OEM studs hitting the wheel pockets like they would with 15mm.

Maybe just depends on price and idk how to figure out sizes or offsets, etc. I love the stock performance wheels but I'm open to ideas if you have any.

Eh, that means nothing. The tires on my 24 Nismo Z were in the wear bars before 4,000 miles. But, those Dunlops were road trash when they were new, problem solved with a proper set of Michelins.

And no, most higher end performance cars use staggered tire sizes. Pedestrian grade grocery getters get matched tires. I've owned a number of cars over the past 10 years, and the only one I've had that had matched wheels were my 2 Hellcats. All of my track cars have had staggered wheels.
