You can use four rear wheels without issue. The 19x10" ET30 up front will bring the wheels flush to the fender, but it shouldn't poke past them or cause any rubbing issues.
The rear will look comparatively sunken-in though, so you'll need to add 15-20mm spacers to bring them out flush.
I'm usually not the biggest fan of using spacers with their own studs built into them, despite it being a cheaper option. I'd suggest adding extended wheel studs and slip-on spacers instead.
Keep in mind though, if something is causing your rear tires to wear prematurely, going to a square setup won't fix that, it'll just be a band-aid.
