Yes interesting read, if they expect to sell 1000 cars as 1000 people have put down a deposit he makes it sound like you will get a car if you have put money down.
It will be very interesting to see if the two dealers I have deposits with both come up with a car, will then have to see who's driveaway price is the best and what they can offer.

So just emailed my dealer, told him straight…rumours are the price will be $73300 plus on road costs, that price should be revealed mid next week, and that dealers have allocation.
I told him I don’t need to know anything other than …have I got a car allocated or will I be crying into my cereal box.

He said if prices have been revealed it’s news to him, but should be hearing shortly, and I should be ok as I was the first to have my name down my allocation should be filled.

Now i many be foolish and getting my hopes up…but I did not read the above…I read… not allowed to tell you yet until it’s been released but yes you have a car ????

I really hope I’m right and I’m not crying this time next week

I wonder when the dealers will find out more about their allocations, and if Nissan will be supplying vehicles as per the pre-orders lodged.

I'm sure it'll come in time, but knowing if we have a spot, and when our cars are due would make the wait easier ? otherwise I might join you in crying into my cereal box lol.

Hi all
just found this on Nissan Japan websit, some nice accessories to order

http://www.nissan.co.jp/OPTIONAL-PARTS/OPCATALOGUE/PDF/z_op.pdf
nice, but a few of these things like reverse camera come standard here….and I’m gonna be pushing it just to get the car with paint protection out of my hubby…I’m using the fact he made me sell my Peugeot way to early to my advantage?

Would be nice if they included the car mats …I mean 80k at least give us car mats, otherwise that will have to be my Christmas present ?

That is a semi integrated dashcam system.

The dealer I called earlier in Vic said that they were giving away an accessory pack with all cars, he did not know exactly what as no accessories yet confirmed for our market but did say it would probably at least some mats.
He told me to show my guys their add so they could match.
I like the mud flaps got some for my 370z in the states had never seen them on an OZ car before

I've never purchased a car from a dealer. Is stamp duty included in on road costs?

To be honest I’d be happy with some mats and a boot liner…I’m pretty easy to please
But surely if one dealer is doing it all dealers will be, and this might explain the special launch on road cost package that someone mentioned on here earlier.

At this point I’m just happy i can finally see the light a5 the end of the tunnel and it’s at a price I was expecting …it will however be a shock for those who were expecting 65k
