Maybe your dealer is mistaken, and it IS on the boat already

Said it before, I’ll say it again…I reckon they need a mum in head office to kick some butts and make rational financial decisions
Ha, he'd best not be mistake given he's the sales manager!

But that "get a mum in head office" is the best line ever! Put that on a bumper sticker 😁

Then why do you always stick up fir them….it’s not the lack of car, but the lack of communication that is upsetting everyone.
@jezzza and I have both had orders in since April last year, and had it not been for us badgering our dealers we would have had 0:communications.
That’s going on a almost year and a half now, with 5k that could be earning interest in my back account, or on shares, yes I do understand at present it’s minimal…but it’s the principle

When they confirmed orders all dealers had to check our details and make sure they were correct for Nissan Aus, a monthly mail out to keep everyone in the loop would take them 5 minutes and would keep customers happier than not hearing anything but push backs and bad news.

I have hope that my car will be here before Christmas, but they haven’t handled this well at all, and I do feel for the dealers, who either know as much as we do…less…or are not permitted to tell us anything

When I first put my money down for this car I was beyond excited, now I’m getting to the point where it’s just background noise, because it’s just been one disappointment after another

I’m just trying to be positive …it’s really hard though isn’t it?

As to a mum…it’s for sure what they need, some basic savings lessons, time management and if all else fails some smacked bottoms to get things done 🤣

The one time I write my opinion about the wait and delay I'm sticking up for them? Or that I'm a dealer?

I'd rather much be a car journalist!

Apologies if I insulted you…I thought you said a similar thing in the past. But happy to apologise and move on

Not offended or insulted, we're all good.

I can understand peoples frustrations but that's the way it's going. The only people to blame are the Japanese at the factory or high-up personnel at Nissan in Japan.

Now... lets get back to the Z

Not going anywhere till Xmas, but after seeing the bad wait times on the news thought we would get in ASAP.
Apparently some have been waiting for 16 weeks.
Ridiculous …they are trying to gently persuade people into paying the extra $274 per passport to be fast tracked
Absolute rip off considering you can’t use the last six months of it, and nearly everyone’s were wasted during covid.

Hopefully flights etc will be a little more reliable by then ….seems covid really did stuff up everything

Wait a minute... I do like Qantas... the only thing that's sheeps me now is that the Business boarding line is longer than Economy! Bl00dy status holding during covid...
