Good tuning Info on the ECUTEK. Their tuning guide gives info on how the stock ecu operates and how they completely change the logic for some engine functions like boost control.
their info on fuel control got my attention. the stock fuel control is always in closed loop except for failsafe modes. Meaning the ecu is always adjusting the a/f ratio based mass air & o2 sensors even at WOT. coupled with itās learning function (short term and long term trim variables) allows for the ecu to learn how to re-adjust the a/f base line for intake and exhaust mods to maintain a/f at the optimum target at WOT.
