I like that. Can you share what you did, how you hooked it up etc?

Me too. Turned out perfect.

That's nice. Can you share what you used and install.
Thanks!

Mounting LED projector pods was handled by installing flanged aluminum threaded rivnuts to bottom of large horizontal OEM support/crashbar located behind the grille mesh. Then routed wiring to a waterproof relay (fused of course) hidden under hood and controlled by temporary switch under steering column. I say 'temporary' because I'm currently trying to find an OEM switch to control driving lights that will install in center console where there two factory switch blanks where seat heater switched normally go on Performance model because NISMO has Recoro seats instead that don't have heaters.

PS: Here's the particular LED pods for anyone interested. They are available in both white and yellow, as well as spot and flood versions for white. I have the yellow ones too, but running white/spot for now. Can always easily swap them later if wanted as I installed waterproof Deutsch connectors for simple plug n' play.

These look really good thanks for posting this. I have a 24 Performance and have seen an AI generated graphic of the Performance having the "slots" on each side actually outfitted with lights that look very cool indeed but it was a generated graphic. Forget which site I saw them on but it does make me wonder if the lights could be actually created somehow. I'll see if I can locate that again.

That might have been me. I posted something on the other Z site here (Hope it's not taboo to cross link). Making something like this become a reality would require a skill level I don't have, but if you want it bad enough, I bet there are shops that could do it.

Yes that was the link thanks for refreshing me on that. I started looking a bit after posting yesterday and have found quite a bit of photo's on the web for the 350 and 370 Z's that look promising so I am betting that someone will indeed make a performance version sooner or later that will be easier to install.

Update on switches found to control aftermarket lighting: Air On Board offers true OE-style push button switches that mate perfectly to the NISMO's center console, replacing the factory blanks where seat heater switches normally go on the Performance version Z. Really like these too because they are clean without any unnecessary text or icons on them. Switch on left controls the LED projector pods stealth mounted behind front grille. Switch on right controls a homogenous red LED strip I mounted hidden underneath the rear strut support brace that provides just the right amount of indirect ambient interior lighting at night without being distracting (it has a hidden dimmer control as well to dial in the desired brightness level).

Here's the link for switches for anyone interested: https://www.aironboard.com/online/w...h-12v-nissan-oem-replacement-green-amber.html

Great work, and great pics too! I need you to take some shots of my Z so I can finally add a profile pic.

For some reason  the first two reminded me my bathtub needs a scrub.

Don't get me wrong, your photos are incredibly professional!
For some reason, my brain pointed out that the backdrop sort of looks like a bathtub.

Ah, right on lol. That's just our quartz countertops in kitchen. Anyway, I'm hardly a photographer, but the cameras on these newer gen iPhones sure do make it easy to take somewhat decent shots.

How did you remove the center console? I bought a switch and want to install it. Don't have any plans on what to wire the switch for just yet though.
