Has anyone installed eccentric lockout bolts with the Z1 tie bar? I saw a comment on the eccentric lockout bolt product page saying the bolts won't clear with the tie bar.

It helps to reduce bearing wear on the most stressful time on the engine (startup) by priming oil pressure. Honestly speaking, by the time the bearings wear out from slightly low oil pressure due to engine start after an oil change, we'll all be dead of old age

Could be the clutches in the diff going bad? Maybe have a tech test drive with you, they may end up replacing it

Just noticed it on startup on my Z. '24 Nismo. Had to restart the car a few times to make sure I was hearing it correctly. I still have another year on warranty, so I'll wait and see

I'd recommend a custom wrap/vinyl. I don't think Nissan sells that.

Making such a change is not "free". New part #, altered production line, warranty, QA and testing, etc. All to maybe sell a few dozen of these modified ones for what is likely already a rare part?

Appreciate the link. I've seen videos of this before and doing it on jacks sounds miserable but anything to keep the car away from the stealership lol. Good to see parts in the description but I don't have a shop air supply so I may as well just take it to the dealership :(

How much do these actually benefit temps? Especially once you have high temp brake fluid + track pads?

I don't know what sort of adapter I'd need. I saw Z1s video but they had some sort of shop air powered pump and I don't have a shop air supply.

I have the Z1 tool and fluid. I just don't have the correct fluid pump to pump the A/T fluid into the transmission.

I think my fluid change was about $300, half of that being fluid. I wish I had a pump so I could do it myself.

Sometimes I wish our cars had a physical service manual. 1000+ page PDFs are rough.
