I do like the clear look better, but will it just be a simple plug and play?

Replacing the headlights with OEM JDM headlights would be at least $1500 if not more, and that is if you do the install yourself.
Probably at least $1500 EACH. OEM 370Z headlights are like $1k each still.

Not having a turn signal may be an issue with the Law. And, it may confuse oncoming driver's regarding your intentions.

Unfortunately OEM is usually vastly over-priced. Not just in car parts either ... just look at "official" printer cartridges (both inkjet and laser). :(

That’s true, though atleast when you replace car parts with cheaper aftermarket alternatives the car doesn’t constantly complain about “counterfeits detected”.

HP printers on the other hand... 👀

The amber part is not the turn signal. That's just a "safety" light because of US regulations. The turn signal switches on and off the top part of the DRL.

Light cutoff will be on the wrong side.
Yep. RHD vs LHD. Going to be wrong beam pattern for North America. As cool as having the JDM smoked marker lenses are, it just may not be worth the trouble yet. A lot cleaner look in my eyes having them a little more mysterious looking. But, apparently we like amber lenses up front :(

I replaced the chrome headlights on my 2017 Z with the newer black headlights for $1,514 ($757.25 each) from Ziegler Nissan Orland Park Parts. Installed them myself. Ziegler has pretty good pricing on OEM parts.

Did that include hid bulbs and ballast?

The good thing about older headlights, they could be sold without those items.

The full-LED headlight on our 2020 Corolla is $1200, cheapest I could find. You can't reuse parts from the damaged headlight like hid headlights can.
