Youre not wrong. I had the same thought last yr with blacking out the front emblem. It would look out of place on the front. Did the back instead.I can see this new 'Z' front emblem working well on the nose of Zs that are Black (and also possibly other very dark colors such as Rosewood), but placed on any Zs that are lighter in color I'm afraid it's going to look like an odd black dot on the nose. If the center area of the emblem's circle was design open like it is on NISSAN emblem instead of filled with black then it would definitely work on any color Z.
The silver Hamburger sticks out like a booger lol. I rather have the black Z logo, as soon as it is available I'm modding and swapping it out on the nose. the Z logo looks like it will fit in the inner ring of the hamburger Nissan logo. you may have to shave the indents to make it fit though. the bumper is plastic so a straight razor will easily cut them off and not have any issues once the newer 2027 retro Z logo is put on.Youre not wrong. I still want to see the new emblem in person on a Blue Z. That would give me aor

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're saying, but there is no indentation for the badge on the non-Nismo bumpers. It's just flat and smooth behind the badge. There are two little "nubs" that stick up that fit into the notches of the emblem. You shouldn't need to do any cutting, it's a direct swap. That said, there is a surprising amount of wiggle room even with the alignment nubs. It took some effort to get the badge on my heritage bumper straight.the Z logo looks like it will fit in the inner ring of the hamburger Nissan logo. you may have to shave the indents to make it fit though. the bumper is plastic so a straight razor will easily cut them off and not have any issues once the newer 2027 retro Z logo is put on.
