The Z emblem is a direct swap. I switched to it, you can see pics in the thread linked above.

The bumper is not flat under the badge. There are two little “nubs” that help with badge installation and alignment. You would have to get those shaved and get the bumper repainted.

The upholstery shop will removed the seat “skin” and then modify it. It can’t just be added directly to the seat.

Yeah, it’s not any taller than the hamburger, especially in the middle. If anything, it’s a little shallower. I’m happy with it!
