BEST ONE SO FAR:

If Nissan really pushed it at hot Buttonwillow, my local track, and no issues over 30 min sessions, that's very good news!

A notchier shifter than the current manual, which is already decent, is a great improvement.

So my takeaways from these videos?
The steering is better in the MT than the AT Nismo.
The shifting is better in the Nismo than the performance.
Some of these commentators are saying that the Nismo is the better deal now that the Supra is dead.
Plus, if true, fuel starvation is eliminated, that's a huge plus!

I think it did. I noticed in some of the videos that the gas tank read only 100+ miles in the tank. That means that it was probably half empty and the drivers were pushing the g's. So, for sure it was fixed.

If it's a reasonable retrofit I'm sold! This plus the GTR front rotors would be greatest benefit.

On the topic of track-day confidence, Nissan's engineers also addressed a known quirk for regulars: fuel starvation. They redesigned the fuel tank by adding a simple but effective baffle wall in the lowest point of the tank. This traps fuel and eliminates the fuel starvation issues previously caused by high-G right-hand turns when the tank dropped below a quarter full. All 2027 Zs get the new tank, and we confirmed that earlier model year Zs can also retrofit this new tank.

Matt is probably the best review. He actually knows how to drive and does amateur racing. In his podcast he talks about it more extensively.

And pull some crazy "G's" to make it worth it... :crackup: :crackup:
Track days will do it! Got to do this upgrade, it's just very critical and convenient not to worry about starvation in sessions.
