I have thought about this, and you can still buy the authentic Z32 ones, but they are like $100 bucks. They are very similar, I may just buy the Etsy one and see how it looks.
Find a TT sticker on Temu in Howaito (White) for under $10 20cm x 2cm (7.87” x .8”) should look about right. Including .80 tax & $3 shipping I bought one for around $13. They also do glossy black, silver & gold.

No idea if they are good. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but not always.

I’m tuned all right! I just don’t know how it would look with one side being a sticker and the other side being an actual badge. I see on Etsy people sell fairlady z badges that are definitely 3D printed. If they could 3D print the twin turbo badge…
My experience with 3D printed badges is Mid at best. As supplied, with fibers and uneven texture… It’s a lot of work to get them ready to go on your car. Here’s an example I bought as a sample which cost around $12 shipped on Etsy. It’s the right font, but compared to the real ‘chrome’ badges costing maybe $75 ea there’s just no comparison.

Is the hood bulge…bulgier(?) or is that just an odd reflection just above the headlight?
It has the Armada V8 since discontinued from the SUV! :giggle:

"The 2025 Nissan Armada has made a bold move, saying goodbye to its powerful V8 engine in favor of a more efficient and modern V6. For longtime fans of the Armada’s muscle and capability, this change might raise eyebrows. So why did Nissan drop the V8 engine in the 2025 Nissan Armada? The answer lies in a mix of innovation, evolving driver expectations, and a shift toward smarter performance."

Must be the lighting.

i doubt Nissan would burn money on new tooling for a hood change this early. large stamping tools are expensive and hard to justify for low volume parts. I’m guessing the justification for the gen 7 tooling was based on at least 5 years with a 10+ year tool life.

Agree. They emphasize it with striping, or the ‘bulge’ painted black. The hood dimensions are the same. Interesting that the hump in the S30s was actually needed. Nissan tilted the L6 about 12 degrees to the right (towards the passenger I believe) and used the hump to accommodate the large OHC valve cover. I don’t think it’s actually functional on the RZ34 being a V6…

Well I tried this & its a fail. I have some experience with cutting vinyl stickers. It’s the Wrong font & the transfer tape is sticky like adhesive tape (it should be low tack and not tear the decal at the edges). I doubt this will stand up to repeated washing. I’m asking for my $13 back.

I figured it would look like that, going to have to bite the bullet and spend the $70-100 bucks on a factory TT sticker from the Z32.

This looks great, but I don't think these will be available from Nissan, since the word is they are putting the stickers under the clear coat at the factory on the Heritage Editions.
