I like those white running lights. I guess they illuminate red? I wonder why they have two different colors. Is there a regulation in the US that it has to be red?

The jdm smoked/clear side marker lenses are not illuminated. There are regulations in North America for marker lenses. Just has to do with increasing the vehicles visibility from the side
