I wouldn't worry about it. I'm not too familiar with the B48 specifically, but overall new BMW engines seem to be way more reliable and don't have a lot of the same issues that the older turbo/twin turbo engines had. I have what's often considered to be one of the least reliable engines and I didn't really start having any issues until well after 100k miles. It's also modified to hell and I drive the crap out of it so anything that goes wrong at this point is not on BMW.

You went 20i for the stick? Only 13k km, you have time. The I4s aren't as persnickety as the I6s

Keep it stock and well maintained, it'll serve you well.
