The best car Japan rumor says 550hp so if that is remotely close to being true no Z will touch that. That is GTR competition not Z

Would be too close in price and performance to the GTR, so no chance; they’d have to use the VR38 to compete which apparently won’t fit in the Z chassis.

A trim like that makes sense for Toyota though because they don’t have a halo car like the GTR competing in that market tier. Not sure how likely BMW is to give Toyota that kind of performance tho

I was a Manual Supra doubter when the rumors were flying. Fingers crossed for the GRMN, I have a had a deposit on one since early 2021.

I believe I read the same; likely not a modification that Nissan could justify and warranty in a production car sadly
