Wouldnt say so for canada, no information passed to preorders as of from when preorders started, always just passed the buck between dealerships and nissan canada? I also believe people put down deposits for 2023 specifically? Not sure how this works but as of now my deadline has passed and will not be taking a 2023 model if it randomly comes during this year

production has ended or is about to end for 2023. the factory doesnt do overlap so August on is 24s. if there are still some in transit to fill the preorders thats one thing but starting this fall they will all be 2024s when they roll in as Canada and US are same production VINs

If you are in Canada and get take delivery of a Z built after a certain date in August I cant see how it could be a 2023.

I assume nothing has changed for the 24 model? Also i have no doubt usa is gonna get cars allocated asap but as we are in canada it is no where land. The allocations we got in January were dealer ship random allocations and not many came after so as of right now highly doubt any 24 models will come until next year with no timetable for canada at least

no word on changes except the addition of the NISMO and a rumored late color addition.( havent been able to verify ) press release for the 2024 will be on or before Aug 1.

Definitely a unicorn up here. I'd say from Mar-Jun, you'd be lucky to add maybe another 15-20 to that total. Sad there's maybe 200 sales in almost two years LOL

What bothers me is that only 1 member on here has taken a delivery of a “preorder” from the online reservation, and the people who have taken delivery of these allocations either taken a different one from the order they putdown or it was sitting at the dealership with a “mark up” ofc

if anyone isnt aware of the big picture trend here is an updated refresher 350z to Z . It explains why there are sub $10K 350z in the wild running around with no front bumpers and plasti-dipped wheels . ? Almost 149K were sold in a 6 year span. you wont ever see anything like that with the Z again. The new Z can't even be compared to the end of the 370zs run

Good god, that's depressing. I sincerely do not think that Nissan intended for the new Z to be a unicorn, likely far from it, but that's where we're at.
