So further to my post the other day about Nissan Aus stating that we will have the car here late June early July, this has now been posted by another dealer which seems to confirm Nissan Aus is talking to the dealers again …if Aus is getting it June July you guys are sure to get it June.

having said that this guy says Protos will be first, and the normal model will follow in September …it better not drag out longer than that…Im at the end of my tether…interestingly no set prices yet

Calgary, ok maybe October lol only semotember on a bad year
Now, that makes sense. Calgary is possible for September - October snow.

In the GTA, it’s not happening.

I hope we get it by June. But I agree, the price should be out by now. People are starting to get pissy. They need to release the official prices and hit on June target. If it’s august , I’m cancelling and will wait another year (won’t drive it in winter) and don’t want just 2 months before storing.

Every morning I get up, check the forum with fresh hope that Nissan has released some solid information somewhere in the world….every morning I’m disappointed …it’s a very depressing start to the day, thinking I should check posts at night instead ?

If it makes you feel any better, I check in the morning AND at night (and frequently in between lol). One day...

I totally understand why lots of people are unhappy about lack of details about this car. I think a lot of people fail to consider that in today's world, people complain about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Sometimes, saying nothing allows you to upset yourself rather than a company do it for you lol. People need to relax on the ETA of when it's on sale. It's coming this Spring. So excessive speculation about when something is happening is useless. Clearly dealers don't know anything(sales people to GMs'). Production is out of our control cause we are not building these cars. With the obvious world circumstances, the best advice is to not hawk this vehicle. It'll just frustrate you more. Best believe, i'm just as excited as the next Z enthusiast!

Between not getting a USA pre-order, finding an ADM-less dealer(or reasonably price), and spec wanted.I already have it in my head that if i'm able to purchase in June, GREAT! If not, it is what it is...
For nearly a year in 2020-2021, Nissan didn't do enough on their end and mislead people to believe that it was a MY2022 Nissan Z. They know full-well that there was no 2022 Nissan Z but they allow the media to spin their narrative to create the hypes. There's a lot of finger to point but Nissan is the leader in their messaging, not the individuals.

I don't recall Nissan ever saying there would be a MY22 Z. The early messaging from Nissan has always been the new Z would be a MY23 model. It makes sense to skip a year and allow the Oppama plant to retool for new production. Yes, Nissan has tried to "pump the demand" with their news releases on the new Z, but all this vitriol seems unjustified.

Read my post again and I knew someone would say that. Again, a no action is still an action.
