My set is getting installed as we speak.
  3. Ohlins Coilover Setup

I agree; these details should have been apparent at the point of purchase. If they're truly a bespoke application, then I have a feeling they would select a more readily available industry standard spring size versus having something wound up to OE specifications.
  4. Ohlins Coilover Setup

Only your retailer will be able to tell you what size spring they've decided to use for your kit. Ohlins Japan uses OE size springs so I will be keeping my spring bucket.
  5. Ohlins Coilover Setup

The spring bucket/toe arm adjusts toe, the traction arm alters the travel arc of the hub, effectively pulling it in, during compression aiding rear wheel traction hence "traction arm".
  6. Ohlins Coilover Setup

You'll only need #2 (camber arm) & #3 (traction arm) for a divorced setup. Using the term "link" is generally only used to describe the whole system as a "multi-link suspension". Individual "links" are referred to as arms. There is no correlation with the individual part's method of...

  8. 2027 Z US Press Kit Photos

The SynchroRev button was added to one of the blank buttons where the heated seat switches would be on the Performance models. That about all I can tell that's different button wise.

There is room under there. That used to be where the control module to the interior accent lighting kit was installed. Newer kits have relocated the control module behind the driver side footwell trim panel.

    Look what just came in.
  16. Why are Nismo seats designed with no pull to access the rear cubbies???

I've been doing this since my 370Z Nismo that it's become 2nd nature. It a good way to prevent scuffs to the bottom of the steering wheel as well.
  17. Has anyone replaced the seats?

They’re actually standard aftermarket Recaro Sportster CS seats but upholstered like the ones you mentioned. No special fabrication was required for installation.
  18. Why are Nismo seats designed with no pull to access the rear cubbies???

My OCD just can’t ignore the poverty-buttons and filler trim pieces on such a pricy vehicle so filling them all in has been the running theme for my modification plan. Spare tire, rear fog light, heated seat switches… 2nd goal has been losing some weight. The aftermarket seats are a lot lighter...
  19. Why are Nismo seats designed with no pull to access the rear cubbies???

I'm pretty sure all those layers also have something to do with the Bose Sub sounding muffled.
  20. Why are Nismo seats designed with no pull to access the rear cubbies???

I’m actually noticing some seats without this lever in the shop’s gallery. Not sure how standard it really is anymore. I just know that I didn’t even think to ask for that feature when I had the seats made.
