Obviously said in jest, I understand, but it's worth pointing out that the notion of fake "vents" as a poor design element is definitely something on which I am broadly consistent. It'd be more fair to say that *I* would not buy a car where that element was prominently employed because I find it deeply cheesy and perhaps even a little cynical.
That's fair. I turned off the ASD in the Supra for a similar reason (stock engine tone is more that enuff, not sure why we needed the fake stuff).

My personal view on the vents is that it would be cool if they were real, but fake or not, I think they look fine & they're needed to break up the hood. The door bulges are getting very close to 'over the top' though.

Think guys from Supra page will vote Supra and Z fans will vote Z
It is very subjective

I think it is great that both Auto makers are committed to making fun, sporty cars in this day and age.

The Supra did not appeal to me in Pictures and on the web. But i was hooked when I saw one in person.
I have NOT seen a Z in person yet- so the pics are still kind of meh to me.

The Supra looks VERY aggressive compared to the Z. The problem with that is aggressive doesn't normally lead to timeless.
False, the dodge Viper.. similar styling, still timeless. My heart strings get yanked hard when i see one. Will own one, one day. Each design has their own classification of timeless, the MKV will have it's own defined as the "radical"/ out of the blue/ edgy design where as to the Z will follow it's ancestors in their path of being timeless.

Not false. The MKV is WAY more aggressive than the Viper. Plus, the Viper is on a different level than the Supra. On top of all that, I said "normally"... there's always exceptions. The MKV ain't one of them.

and yes, the viper is on a whole different level, me and i'm pretty sure all Supra owners know that. The Supra looks soft compared to a Viper.

I wonder who were the 8 people that voted for the Zupra...

I left it as a closed poll because people tend to be more honest when it's anonymous.
