Get the Sakebomb custom spec Ohlins with their new air cup system, problem solvedWas checking the fitment on stock suspension. Still planning on the mod though.
That's going to be my next thing to do. Will talk to their people about it, I have two sets of wheels and tires for street/track so need to plan more about that.Get the Sakebomb custom spec Ohlins with their new air cup system, problem solved
and all the SPL arms
get the tire to the fender
you're probably going to need to dtich the nismo fender trim. Even in these pix u can see how they protrude inward
Separate topic, but I can't name ANY vehicle that wouldn't be ruined by stancing it. You could take a burned Ferrari 250TR from a junkyard, rebuild it as close as possible to factory/new, stance it, and it still would have been better off rotting in the junkyard. Also, alternative take: don't ruin a Nismo by #stancelife'ing it.
Thanks and appreciate it! I was concerned about the size, but after looking at some builds in Japan, I just pulled the trigger. The LMs are somehow looking smaller by 1 inch on diameters just visually, so 20 is actually solving that problem lol. And I'm definitely not a fan of a super low stanced-to-floor car, ngl it feels like Tigrex from Monster Hunter climbing (you can search it or just imagine a turtle). So yea will get an Ohlins and lower a very little but make it reasonable.Very nice. I looked at OEM GTR wheels for a minute, but decided against it because I thought 20s would just look too big, but these look very good!

With this setup and totally stock OEM Nismo suspension settings (nothing ever changed, not even lowered), it never scrubs for about 200 miles of driving. I also had people check on the side when we first installed the wheels. I believe you will have a huge amount of choices when looking for 20s, so take your time choosing one!Really want to go 20, but wheels are further down the list. Not to mention, when I do look, I can't decide on a wheel at this point anyway.
Any scrubbing on the rear?
This sounds like an uneducated take, primarily because people throw the term "stancing" around far too casually.Very nice. I looked at OEM GTR wheels for a minute, but decided against it because I thought 20s would just look too big, but these look very good!

I think mesh type faces and black color are two factors that make a wheel seem smaller than they are. Thanks and appreciate it! It was just a polite suggestion. IMO, if youāre lowering the car to the point you have to modify bodywork, youāve comfortably crossed the threshold into Stance Bro territory. Halving your upward suspension travel, wrecking your geometry, and inevitably fusing your L2 & L3 vertebrae from constantly slamming into the bumpstops = #stancelifeThis sounds like an uneducated take, primarily because people throw the term "stancing" around far too casually.
There's a wide range of height and fitment that people do cars, and no universal line for what is "stancing"
