Man... That's too long for just suspensions... Did they explain why there was extra waiting? I saw z1 has their ohlins on the shelf, you can check it out if you are tired of waiting. I'm still watching around the options, and ngl, I'm really not sure if I should go to Sakebomb based on what I've...
With this setup and totally stock OEM Nismo suspension settings (nothing ever changed, not even lowered), it never scrubs for about 200 miles of driving. I also had people check on the side when we first installed the wheels. I believe you will have a huge amount of choices when looking for 20s...
Thanks and appreciate it! I was concerned about the size, but after looking at some builds in Japan, I just pulled the trigger. The LMs are somehow looking smaller by 1 inch on diameters just visually, so 20 is actually solving that problem lol. And I'm definitely not a fan of a super low...
That's going to be my next thing to do. Will talk to their people about it, I have two sets of wheels and tires for street/track so need to plan more about that.
No other words are needed for these wheels; itself is a statement.
Specs are meant to be for the NISMO GTR35. Looks like only BBS Japan is making them.
20x10 +30 265/35ZR-20
20x11 +10 295/30ZR-20
Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport S 5
He would still suggest you run a pull outside. That's pretty much because the reason that data on the street is closer to your real-life situation. It would take 2-3 weeks for everything to be done. I just finished the process with him. You will need to do pulls from the beginning of 3rd gear to...
Thanks for the info. I've checked that website before. Sadly for LM, in our bolt pattern, there are not many choices. I might just go with the set I mentioned. See how the fitment goes and adjust. Just consider it as an experiment for other people on the same platform.
The one set that shop is offering is 20x10 +30 / 20x11 +10. Tires are planned to be 265/35 front and 295/30 rear. Just not sure about how customizable the OEM nismo suspension is.
Will the situation be the same on Nismo? Trying to find BBS LM wheels for the rear, and the only options in stock I found are 20x10.5 +35 or 20x11 +10. Does the second one look available for a totally stock Nismo suspension?
I would still recommend you do heat exchanger if you want to track it. The radiator that Nismo added on are 2 small ones on the sides, that’s the reason of the new grill design of the front bumper. They are in front of the front wheels/tires. But the main one in the middle is still the original...
