Yeah but I need to swap them around. It should be 20mm Front and 15mm rear because the rear rubs on the fender extensions under deep compression dips in the roadYou put spacers in your NISMO?
Weathers been bad here. Here you go.Need some night shot video in action![]()
That's great. I've recently felt that the 50s will be known for outrageous fender treatment:Weathers been bad here. Here you go.
Invest in wheel chocks This will prevent the wheels to roll or slide out when jacking up, or you being under the car.The Z was in a tight driveway with two different slant angles, one on the rear and one on the passenger side. I was using the Harbor Freight Aluminum jack (think small). The peni$ size rear middle jack point is a disaster design. Even my Miata has a bigger surface.
Anyways, as I jacked up the car, I could feel the jack move a bit. I went to the side and tried to put on the jack stands but it wasn't high enough (jack was almost to its height limit).
I attempted to do a few more pumps and that was when the car jackknife and the jack flipped on the side. The rear end of the bucket where the spring sits partial landed on side of the jack. Good thing, none of the hollow braces were hit.
So be careful guys when working with the cars.
Had that many years ago. Good idea. Now i have the slim metal ones from Harbor Freight.Invest in wheel chocks This will prevent the wheels to roll or slide out when jacking up, or you being under the car.

Glad everything turned out ok!Lately I have been a bit careless and it almost turned into a disaster!! The axel back arrived and I kept on thinking I needed to jack up the car (which I didn't need to but didn't verify).

The delete muffler makes the Z sounds like a sports car. A bit of a drone from 2-2.5k RPM but its bearable. Its a bit louder than a Nismo Z when I tested drove it several months ago.
