2004 Ford Focus ZX3, gunmetal, manual everything - including transmission. Worked my tail off bagging groceries to save up for it and with a little assistance from the parents, bought it outright. Loved that car. One of the best weekends of my life was spending a Saturday/Sunday driving around the neighborhood, learning how to drive stick. Kind of funny how we can vividly remember stuff like that, even if it was so long ago.

For real. I taught myself how to drive stick in an IROC-Z back in 2001 in Nogales, AZ after a HEAVY night of drinking across the border and being the only one sober enough to get us back to Ft Huachuca.

Good times.

2003 Civic EX. My older cousin had one which is why I got it too. I could've gotten a Tiburon, Civic Si, Spec V, or something a little more expensive if I waited, but I chose the Civic.

I had a header back and CAI with no tune, but could beat LS integras and 99-00 Si. Goes to show just how slow those attainable imports we're from the 90s and early 00s. Now high school parking lots have worn Zs, s2ks, etc.

1949 Ford 2-Door Sedan. My Dad gave it to me costing him $25. I had to pay for my insurance which cost me $125. I would take it to the KCTA drag strip and usually win my class. The announcer said one time they might have to disqualify me for lightning holes. It was very rusty.

A 1990 240sx coupe. Sadly no photos of it (although I really do wish I had some still) I was the third owner back in 2004 (a close friend of mine was the second owner and he drove it like once a month so I like to call myself the real second owner and say he was just holding it for me lol)

My first car was a 1945 CJ-2A Willys Jeep. Second car was a 1962 Austin-Healy Sprite (bug-eye). Third was a 1969 Roadrunner. FOURTH car was an orange 1970 240Z. My 2024 Performance Z is my 9th Z car in that 50 year period. This car is the most exciting and fun Z car yet. Second most fun Z was that old 240Z.
