Well to my surprise the Nissan dealer called me and said the caps were in today! So... installed!
Yup easy pop on, pop off. The outer side of the "Nissan" cap is kind of flimsy so I was able to get a screwdriver under it pretty easy. Z caps popped right in there no problem.

I just checked my wheels and they came with this Z center cap...

Never uploaded audio before but if it's a video at the top of your reply there should be a little movie camera icon you can click and upload.

There is also the three dots that have a drop down for "media" where you can put a link to whatever media you have - if you have it in a link to it somewhere on the interwebs.
