Got an oil change at the dealership. It was interesting hearing the service advisor explain how meticulous they have to be with the Z for oil changes compared to other vehicles.

I wonder how meticulous you need to be to leave oil smeared all over the fender

I hate dealerships and doctors office.

It's such a bummer when you find a nail in a tire. I once had 3 cars in the span of 1 week get one. Yup. Taught myself how to plug tires.

Agreed. Both up charge and play the long stalling time in waiting area. Lol

Hard to know for sure. I would say a small percentage of the total but its had 16+ days on track and I spend a lot of time driving around the mountains in Western NC in a very "spirited" manner. I've run into so few issues that I'm actually starting to get worried that I haven't had any problems yet.

This bodes well for us, your Z usage.

Did first oil change at 7k miles . The Z1 funnel is worth every penny. Also installed Fumoto valve. Had in all my previous cars and love them.

Found a nail on the rear which I took to America's tire. Felt like 2.5 hours of wasted while I am waiting (the kids might get mad if Santa doesn't bring them gifts). Next time I just plug it myself but the fact that I have to drive to Phoenix tomorrow, didn't have time.

Can be plugged im sure. It's so common. Surprise I haven't gotten one yet.

I’ve plugged many tires over the years - i would keep a repair kit in the glove box. But now days i just take my cars to discount tire and have the tires patched or replaced at a the prorated price.

I was in for a rotation awhile back (tacoma w/ KO3’s), one of the kids was checking and found 5-6 nails in two tires - pulled them out and no leaks - lol. i asked about replacement - they replaced them for 1/2 price.

ps - it’s almost impossible to plug K03’s by hand.

I sure will. By the way, 3500RPMs it is sublime. I dont think it is annoyingly loud or drone noisy in cabin. AWE with the no cats DP sounds amazing. I'll post a video soon. Here is one but I talked during the video

If I had the extensions, I'd knockout the install. When I was at Spool, they mentioned where I was going to install because they do install there, of course. I know a guy that had his ldp and intakes installed at a good price.

If I had a lift, I'd do it. Especially since I have to do upper and lower. I am going to check out SRZ, Spool, and one other place here in Houston.
