Fitted the AMS intercoolers today.

I’m running out of things to do, might have to drop the engine and do turbos next.
i heard there will be a kit available that will allow us to install the turbos on top without the need of removing the engine. I will be going for that route once my warranty expires.

Nice. Looks like glass!
Did you do PPF, or are you just that good?

I did ceramic.

Super wash with a foam cammon and Meguiar's Gold class car soap. Then, wax/coating remover. Then, clay (Used a mitt). Then, buff/polish wit hDIY Detail's gold standard polish and ayellow waffle pad. Then, more wax/residue remover.

THEN, Adams Spray advanced ceramic. Yeah, it has "less SiO2", but doing the coating was therapeutic. I'll probably do it again this winter.

When I wash, I put an inline filter on the hose to get rid of some of the hard water mineral. Foam cannon. Dry with a good drying towel and a drying assist agent. THEN, I use adams detail spray to remove any spots.

My opinion on PPF makes some people click the REPORT button and get me banned from threads. (The opinion either hurts feelings or makes ppl chuckle. )

Our water (north FL) is hard. Like Chuck Norris, 50% calcium hard. Like 6 hours in the ER with a kidney stone, hard (yes, that‘s how last night went for me!). ANYWAYS! Washing during the summer sucks. I need to look into that filter/softener(?) contraption.

I use the same product, this works great. Going on two years with my Lexus, and still holding strong.
