Thank you very much for the quick response. I ordered the 10 pin Donger adapter without confirming the number of pins on the connector (that’s my bad). I just ordered the same 7 pin Donger adapter that you shared! Looks like it was an easy install. Hope it’s still working well for you.
Could you kind share how you disconnected the 7-pin connector on the back of the rear view mirror? Is there a tab to press to loosen?
Thank, in advance, for your time and assistance.
How do you remove the power harness from the rear view mirror? I see the clip, but I’m having a hard time seeing where the tab is to release it.
Thanks, in advance, for any assistance…
I put a piece of 1 1/2” packing foam (from an Amazon order) and wedged it the metal brace and plastic under the steering column. It’s hidden and the creaking noise has pretty much been eliminated.
Looks great!
I agree with the challenge of drilling holes with the limited space(s).
I also installed the rear splash gaurds on my White 2024. Makes a huge difference. I think it breaks up that illusion of a “high floating” rear end for our White Zs.
Please share the install process. Was it an easy one? Were there any required modifications? Did new rotors and brakes fit the stock wheels?
I also have a Sport model and was thinking of this brake upgrade.
Good luck with the install. Hope to see your updates and comments on the install...
