I got the ambient lighting factory installed as a dealer option. It's a nice little touch. You can choose between 20 different colors. It's not very bright, you'd probably be better off getting something off Amazon.

Lol I had the ambiance lighting as well. Not bright as well. Not recommended. I bought lighting on Amazon for $19.00 it’s really nice!

I like the clear white the best, matches up perfectly with the rest of the interior/exterior. Blues cool, just doesn’t match up the same way.

They stay on unless you turn them off

I’m thinking about getting the exterior ground lighting installed. Price isn’t too high at $395.

I’m thinking of doing the same. Did you end up doing this? I wonder how much the dealer charges to install.

395 for parts and labor is really not a bad deal.

although the lights may not be that bright, it might be illegal in some states if it were too bright.

You just need to pick a fuse that opperates on/off as you like. For me I chose the radio one because it turns off when I want, but you could put them into the dome light fuse instead to have them linger a few seconds after you shut and when doors open
