I've already had a clicking noise occur when you get on the gas, and when you get off the gas. Not very noticable, but it is a problem. My issue was that the rear axle's splines were slamming into the wheel hub's splines. Got that warrantied. Yours should be under warranty too. It is a known problem with even the 370z. Nissan will almost guaranteed cover that (if that is the case).Sadly sometime hear/feel that clicking sound too. I purchased my Z pre owned it had low miles, but you never know what you’re getting. I will see if there are any changes after I change the clutch fluid this weekend.
As for the high pitch noise. I get that too when it's cold. Did it off the lot, and never had a problem. I just chocked it up to mechanical noises. Also, I find that after kicking the clutch it'll stay shut up.
