I finally got to installing the stillen competition exhaust. You need either some deep sockets or mid sockets as the studs stick out pretty far from the nuts. I decided to unbolt the exhaust hangers to get better access to the rubber and I am waiting for my exhaust hanger rubber removal tool to arrive tomorrow so I can finish the installation. Here are some pics of the stillen exhaust compared to the oem manual transmission exhaust. The diameter of the pipes are significantly larger than the stock exhaust. More so than what it looks like in the photos.

Exhaust hanger rubber comes off super easily with the right tool. I bought this one on Amazon for $14. Best $14 spent on a specialty tool. It is only a couple bolts and nuts to remove per hanger and then you can easy access to use this tool.

Just a head up from my own experience, if you run this exhaust I wouldn't recommend full downpipes as it is ridiculously/ unbearably loud. I ended up contacting Stillen and buying the muffler sections. I prefer my cars to be on the loud side but this was a shock to the senses, and not in a good way!

Was that full down pipes catless or high flow cat?

I wouldn’t want the exhaust any louder than it already is with stock down pipes and stillen competition exhaust. Thanks for the advice on what to do if going with downpipes.
