Just got a text from one of the many dealers I've reached out to, and while I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble (hence not mentioning which dealer), they said something along the lines of "we have a Z en route, you might want to put down a deposit."

Obviously hesitant for a variety of reasons, but what caught my attention the most was the mention of "they pushed the release date back. It will be here in the summertime."

@Dan_Passe, please say it ain't so? The press release teasing Super Bowl ad still had "expected Spring 2022" so tell us that's still the case if you can?

Are there any additional details on the suspension? Specifically in the front, rumours are different pick up points but what else has changed? Shock valving, spring rates, ride height, geometry? Has the lack of camber adjustment in the front been addressed from the previous gen cars?

Thanks trackratZ, I missed that one.

I guess just the amount of front camber adjustment is what I'd really like to know. The previous cars could hardly get any negative camber up front, such a shame.

That's a bit of a surprise, I thought one of the advantages of the double wishbone setup was more easily adjustable camber vs. McPherson struts.

The guys that I know that autocross their Z's can't seem to get any camber (-1.4ish degrees) at most. Double wishbone has a better camber curve than a McStrut yes but that doesn't necessarily mean it has the necessary factory adjustment to dial in a sufficient amount of static negative camber.

My Q60 is at about -1.4-1.6° but only because it is lowered.

Not going to lie, would be cool to get some information already here in the States. The Z was a car designed for America after all. But we'll be the last to know. Probably figuring out how much they can extract from out wallets.

Im assuming we'll see stuff the weekend of or soon after the Super Bowl though because of their ads for it.

Still just hope they keep pricing for the performance trim under control. And they keep their stealerships in check.

I highly doubt Nissan USA will do a darn thing about dealership price gouging. When has Nissan USA ever acted in the best interests of the customer?

Agreed, however I find Nissan to be a bit worse than other brands I've owned.
