Saw this article about wiring harness availability as a constraint, with a quote a few paragraphs in from the Nissan CEO. Every time you thing Zs will be flowing to customers, get ready for these sort of grenades, it's the way it is now.

They want to build cars, but simply can't get the parts needed from their suppliers, and you can't simply call a different supplier and expect to get the part. It will take a LONG time for the auto industry to get back on track.
