I don’t think the sport model will get the performance models bigger brakes. The Z that we are seeing in photos is likely a performance model without the rear spoiler added.

Sport brakes standard? You mean performance? And by the way I had a 2018 mustang with 6 piston front brembos. The 4 piston ain't shit on these cars until you own a 6 piston setup.
If the base and performance models get 4 pistons, then the NISMO will probably get 6 with the manual. I guess we'll see in 2027.

Considering it’s talking about leather interior I’m gonna guess this might become a Performance trim exclusive. I do much prefer the new front end which looks like it comes off the legendary/legacy 2 line who co might explain why I can’t find that package.
My old man absolutely loves the look and the green, it reminds him of his old mg midget with the British racing green. So I think if this does hit the US and despite being retired, he might try to get his hands on it.

There is a possibility of overkill...

I'm no purist, but I find the new front end too pointy - I like the current gen. But that green is pretty sweet!

According to Motor1, the refreshed Z will get some mechanical updates too, including a re-tuned suspension with new shocks, and what sounds like braking upgrades for both the standard Z and Nismo models.

Fix this fix that, the only perfect car is one you dream they would build.
