Too late for me, I already picked up a performance for a bargain and have fallen in love with the blue interior. Nismo wasn't even an option when I was looking because of the slushbox. I've already started adding the bits out of the Nismo I actually want. Too late Nissan too late....

... and to all those arguing about nismo parts and it just being the body kit or strut tower brace, remember it was Autech that welded and reinforced the chassis at the shock towers and the trunk-ish area of the car, it wasn't Z1 motorsports.

That is exactly one of the points I took into consideration when deciding to do the swap. A month ago, the 7 year depreciation of the Nismo was in the mid $30,000s. The performance not even close...

I got my Performance in 2024, the Trade In is valued at 35K now. 40K on a very good day..

I think this will slow down, and prices will stabilize. There is not a big market for these cars at the moment, and even other cars are having the same issues. I don't have any intention to get rid of this car, at least not for the foreseeable future. I cannot think of anything on the market that can give you as much performance for the money, and once you add some performance parts and tune, these cars are really fantastic. I paid 42K for my 2024 which I felt was a great price, and I just intend to enjoy the car for what it is.

You don't get a Z for reasons that competitors offer their vehicles, majority of the owners here liked the nissan kept heritage and stayed un-apologetically nissan. Do those Kia's or hyundai's compare to just the sheer history of the Z? Or perhaps the looks that caught most owners attentions? Or perhaps the ideology behind a driver focused car, and if you know anything about Nissan; the base models for all of their sports cars have always been bang for bucks so you could modify them. completely agreed, driven the other trims and nismo and simply buying the nismo parts will not ever make the other trims feel like a nismo. bought mine because of some close friends having the Z, driving the sport model, the looks of the nismo the day I saw it in the showroom, and finally the performance for the price and the heritage. loved how original nissan is and how they stay true to who they are
