I pick up my new 26 Sport Auto Z in a couple days, pearl white. Looking forward to picking it up. I never owned a Nissan before. We had a Datsun 240Z many decades ago, so the new Z brought back some cool styling cues. I've been a sports car enthusiast for years, and I am trading in my Subaru BRZ. My cars are pleasure use only, we store them for winter, so they are low mileage and I never drive them for work. They don't see snow and they don't go out in the rain. I love seeing my undercarriage bolts shiny, and no oxidation on aluminum parts wither, that is how my BRZ is and the next owner will be very lucky for it. I love the new Z, I know the Sport model is the cheap option and I don't miss anything from other models but I would have loved some bigger brakes. I would love to upgrade my brakes with a big brake kit, but I don't think much will work with the 18 inch Sport rims. I really like the Sport rims as I have always liked 5 spoke rim designs. I will add the front lip spoiler, but I will skip the rear trunk spoiler. I have ordered some small parts from the Zstore which will be cool add-ons. I will miss not having an LSD but the auto tranny should work fine without one and I am not a racer and I tend to drive on the slow side in city driving mostly. It would have been nice but I will do without I guess. I like the auto tranny, I've been driving stick for 40+ years so I won't miss shifting my own gears. I really like the exhaust that comes on the sport auto model, it is very similar to the Nismo design with the small muffler in the rear , and not having the large muffler of the manual models. I think it is a cool design.

I might get one to two months of driving before it goes into winter storage. Looking forward to being a part of the forums .
