Please do. I ordered one because it states it clears the CF cover, but it would be nice to see what it looks like.

So the NISMO site said Polishing the intercooler tops is recommended.

So I took some never dull wadding polish to them for about 15 mins

Done for the night. It's not perfect as this surface really isn't meant to be a show piece but a few more sessions and will get it a bit more uniform

Looks awesome, are they just aluminum? It may keep oxidizing over and over, now you've set
yourself up to polishing it weekly

yeah it will this was just really cleaning it up as there were some paint marks on it from installation.

Can you ask your contact where is this strut bar made, please? My dealership's parts-dept says its backordered and they seem to believe it would be coming from Japan, but I think this is probably a US part.

It's 100% US all their stuff is. It yeah it's been backordered for a bit now.

Here is what it looks like outside in the sun. It's better than what it was but yeah the oxidation won't come off in some of those tight little crevaces.

my guy at NISMO said its not available to be ordered right at the moment. there was supposed to be one on that black liberty walk Z at SEMA so trying to get a pic of it off that car

The more I see your struggle, the less I want to install my CF engine cover. I am strongly debating returning it.
