I would also say there is a crazy back story that indirectly led to all that happening. the dealer representative I was working with unceremoniously left the dealer the morning my car came in and I hadnt interacted with anyone else there really.

I'm going to start a few autocross here later in the spring so I want to get my money worth out of these even though they might not be the greatest. So once they wear out will probably grab some. Michelin pilot sports or something if that caliber

Realized this thread is 6 pages and I haven't really given any initial thoughts or impressions

I really like it so far in person it just looks like the perfect sports car minimalist and has a timeless vibe to it. about what I expected on the inside maybe even a little more modern than I thought. Love the digital dash. The Steering feels precise and has a good weight to it. Casual driving the car behaves like other Z33/Z34 I've driven so very familiar. Haven't really pushed it to get Into the body roll yet.

I would say the only thing I'm not totally impressed with is the auto transmission in 1-3 gears when you try to shift in full manual mode. It feels like it sometimes gets a little confused and there is a delay. Like if I'm on throttle and shift right about 3500 in 2nd( still doing break in). The revs will go all the way to 5k before it catches up and jumps Into 3rd. I didn't except it to be a DCT but that part of if might take a bit getting used to. Will see how it behaves on more aggressive driving . If you just keep it in Drive and let it shift itself this doesn't seem present it's only manual when on throttle

Yup already in the works I'm getting state legal 40% nothing crazy. I'm just waiting until later in the spring as I get my PPF on the front bumper and hood since the same shop is doing both and I need to drop the car off for a day or so.

I haven't really noticed this but I don't use manual mode at lower speeds that often. Does it happen in both normal and sport mode? I'll be driving mine tomorrow and will see if it happens.
