Just in case any of you need to know where the manual hatch release lever is, perhaps if your battery dies and you need to get into hatch, or you have a unwilling passenger confined back there and they need to get out without your approval...

Yes! Should be red or yellow tether strap extending beyond carpet. Perhaps someone can fashion a custom mini one? Red with Nismo embroidered lettering?

If you do that you may want to wrap the hook and/or release handle with felt tape. I can imagine the metal handle and the metal keychain hook would rattle pretty bad.

I'm wondering if anyone with access to an embroidering machine can simply custom make a red or black strapping with NISMO lettering, that just wraps through the lever loop.
