Noticed that someone on fb addressed this issue and it turns out to be true! I didnt even notice it but yea it does seem a little misaligned. Mine is on the passenger side door, anyone else have the same issue?

Every 2023+ Z has it to some degree on the right side where left is fine. It's just something in the way they are assembled

I started to read the first thread and immediately stopped. I do not want to see and have avoided looking at my katanas. My OCD will kick in !!

It bugged the crap out of me when I first saw it, but I almost don't notice it anymore, and I can't even see it when I'm behind the wheel.

In the industry it's referred to as Production variance. Everything on a car has a Min/Max spec. Nominal would be the target but in reality your working with said spec. When the spec opens up you see things like what's talked about here or what's referred to as tolerance stacking between two parts . It's not a QC issue until it goes out of spec.

I'll probably take heat here, but I plan on blacking them out along with hood and A pillar bases. White '24 model. Now a month late.
